1. In 2015, a new car park was introduced in the Southern-eastern part of town which entirely transformed its appearance.

2. Interestingly, shops located in the outskirts of town were demolished in the south-west side and a new residential area was built at the same place in 2015

3. Bank, besides the school, was knocked down between 1990 and 2012 and a restaurant was introduced at the same location connecting with the main road which was a bit wider.

4. It is very interesting to notice that, the hotel remained unchanged throughout the time period at the North side of Portland.

5. Cafe, which was located on the southeast side of town, was the only place in the south area, which remained the same.

6. Shops situated in the southwest area of ​​town was replaced by restaurants.

7. The area of ​​farmland was converted into a golf court in 2015 in the North Eastside.

8. In 1995, the area of ​​the fish market was cleared from the southwest side where apartments were built in 2015.

9. Houses had been demolished to make blocks of flats to the southeast of Poland.

10. It is conspicuously seen that the size of the hotel had altered and now it is relatively wider as compared to 1995.

11. Overall it is lucid that there was a lot of residential and commercial development over the years including constructions of a marina for yachts, shops, houses and entertainment facilities.
