The process chart information about the production of leather products including balls, shoes and bags.
The process initiates with drying skin and then this is transported to the factory where firstly it is washed in water plus lime solution and secondly, soaked inside lime water. The skin at the next stage is processed through rollers to make it flatter. This flat animal skin is then tanned using water and vegetable matter to make it look good. The final touch is given to the animal skin in the polishing stage, which makes the leather ready to use for further processes. The polished skin, at the ninth step, is sent to factories which use it to make leather products such as bags, balls and other leather stuff.
In general, making leather products includes many small stages, the animal skin goes through liquid several times and once dried it is sent to the factory for making it usable, and then used in other factories.
